Account Deletion
How to delete your account and data from The Golden Unicorns.
The Golden Unicorns app lets members delete their account and all associated data at any time. You can do this yourself from inside the app, or request it by email if you no longer have access.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the The Golden Unicorns app and sign in.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE and tapping Delete my account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account cannot be recovered afterwards.
If you can't access the app
Email oracle@thegoldenunicorns.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion." We will verify the request and delete your account on your behalf.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your personal data from The Golden Unicorns app and our member dashboard, including:
- your profile (name, photo, description, and interests);
- your photos and uploaded content;
- your messages and chats;
- your membership and account records.
What may be retained
We retain only the limited records we are legally required to keep — for example, billing and transaction records needed for tax and accounting. These are held only for the period required by applicable law and are then deleted. We do not keep your profile, content, or messages after deletion.
How long it takes
In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
